摘　　要：《濒危野生动植物种国际贸易公约》(CITES)于2022年11月14日至25日在巴拿马召开了第19次缔约方大会,进一步磋商对特定野生动植物国际贸易的管理和控制。大会审议了7个与树木物种相关的附录修订提案,采纳了其中的6项,将美洲和非洲的超过150种树木物种新列入附录Ⅱ,并修订了附录Ⅱ物种巴西苏木的注释。文中分析梳理了此次大会的树木物种相关提案,总结提案特点,提出我国树木物种履约对策,以期为我国CITES履约工作提供参考。The Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora(CITES)held its 19th meeting of the Conference of the Parties(COP19)in Panama from 14 to 25 November 2022,to further consult on management and control of international trade in certain wild fauna and flora.This meeting discussed 7 proposed amendments to Appendices I and II related to tree species and adopted six of them,newly listed more than 150 tree species from America and Africa to Appendix II and revised the annotations for Paubrasilia echinata.The paper analyzes the tree species related proposals to the Conference,summarizes their characteristics,and puts forward China’s countermeasures with a view to supporting the CITES implementation for tree species in China.
