摘　　要：评估中国林业服务贸易的规模,对环境谈判、国际履约等事务具有重要支撑作用。文中对林业服务贸易进行了界定,构建了中国林业服务贸易的内容体系;在缺乏直接统计数据的情况下,提出了估算林业服务贸易规模的方法;结合WTO服务贸易总协定的统计框架,分别估算了2010-2020年中国林业服务贸易的总规模,以及跨境消费、自然人流动、跨境交付、商业存在4个大类的贸易规模;对林业服务贸易规模的估算误差及其来源进行了分析。Assessing the scale of China’s trade in forestry services plays an important role in supporting environmental negotiations and international convention implementation.This paper defines the content system of China’s forestry service trade.In the absence of direct statistical data,it proposes a method to estimate the scale of forestry service trade.Combined with the statistical framework of WTO General Agreement on Trade in Services,this paper estimates the total scale of forestry service trade in China from 2010 to 2020,and the scale of consumption abroad,presence of natural persons,cross-border supply and commercial presence.Finally,the possible estimation errors and their sources of forestry service trade are analyzed.
