摘　　要：加快形成以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局,关键是要打通生产、分配、流通、消费各个环节,将市场规模和生产体系优势,转化为参与国际合作和竞争的新优势。因此,构建畅通国内外的全球物流网络体系,打造一流的供应链服务模式,是实现“双循环”的必然要求。从新发展格局的角度来看,物流是双循环实现的手段,供应链决定双循环效率。我国要紧抓“双循环”重大战略的机遇,凭借超大规模市场、完整工业体系和雄厚的制造基础等优势,主动发挥物流与供应链对新发展格局的强力支撑作用。The key to speed up the formation of domestic large cycle as the main body Bi-circulating mutual promotion of domestic and international new development pattern is to get through each link,production dis⁃tribution of circulation consumption will be the size of the market and production system,into the new advan⁃tages of participation in international cooperation and competition Therefore,build open global logistics network system at home and abroad,to create the first-class service mode,supply chain is achieved The inevi⁃table requirement of binary The new development pattern,logistics is considered as a binary method,dual cy⁃cle efficiency supply chain decision Important grasp binary important strategic opportunities in China,a complete industrial system with large scale market and the advantages of the strong manufacturing base,ac⁃tive play to logistics and supply chain to the new development pattern of strong support.
