摘 要:采用无氟的十八烷基硫醇对丙烯酸树脂进行改性,制备出具有自清洁性的疏水涂层.对改性前后涂膜的自清洁性、接触角、吸水率、缓蚀率、分子结构和动态机械热力学进行分析.结果表明:硫醇改性丙烯酸树脂后,在表面构造出低表面能-微观粗糙结构,"气垫效应"使表面呈现良好的自清洁性;涂层表面接触角随树脂中加入硫醇浓度的增加而变大,并由亲水性转变为疏水性,以加入量5%时疏水性最强,接触角增长38.52°,表面出现明显的乳突结构;改性涂膜吸水率下降,硫醇含量为5%时最低,仅为0.31%;硫醇的加入可使丙烯酸耐蚀能力提升,加入量为5%时缓蚀率最高;傅里叶变换红外光谱分析反映了硫醇在丙烯酸树脂中的致密和准结晶的特定排列取向;硫醇与丙烯酸有良好相容性,使改性材料的玻璃化温度降低,其储能模量和热稳定性也降低,柔韧性增加,扩展了丙烯酸树脂的有效阻尼温域.Self-cleaning hydrophobic acrylic coatings were prepared by fluorine-free octadecyl mercaptan(ODT).The self-cleaning,contact angle,water absorption,inhibition efficiency,molecular architecture and dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA)of acrylic coating before and after modification were analyzed.The results showed that the substrate surface with thiol modification had micro rough structure with low surface energy,and the"air cushion effect"made the surface good self-cleaning.The contact angle increases as ODT was added,along with the change from hydrophilicity to hydrophobicity.Adding 5%ODT,the hydrophobicity reached the highest,and also there was an obvious"marginal papillae"structure on the surface,and the contact angle was increased by 38.52°.The water absorption of modified film was reduced,and was only 0.31%when adding 5%ODT,showing the lowest absorption.The addition of ODT could improve the corrosion resistance of acrylic resin.When the addition amount was 5%,the inhibition efficiency was the highest.The compact structure and special orientation ar-rangement of quasi crystalline with mercaptans modification was confirmed by FT-IR testing.Mercaptan had good compatibility with acrylic resin,adding thiol reduced the glass transition temperature of film,also reduced its storage modulus and thermal stability,but expanded its flexibility and the effective damping temperature range.
