高性能水性双组分聚氨酯面漆的探讨

摘　　要：本文主要基于实践经验从配方和应用角度介绍应用于交通工具的水性双组分高光泽、高性能聚氨酯面漆在制备过程中常见问题的分析和解决.主要叙述了羟基聚多元醇与异氰酸酯聚合物的选择、搭配,助溶剂及各种助剂在配方中的选择,体系pH变化对性能的影响,NCO与OH的比例以及温度、湿度、干燥方式等因素对涂膜外观和涂料性能的影响.并以通俗、实用的方式对其进行了梳理和总结,为制作高光泽、高丰满度、高鲜映性且性能优异的水性双组分聚氨酯面漆提供了一些建议和参考.The analysis and solution of common problems in the preparation process of 2K waterborne PU topcoat with high gloss and high performance were introduced from formulation and application.The factors affecting appearance and performance of coating were overviewed,including selection of hydroxypolypolyols with isocyanate polymers,selection of various additives,pH value of the system and the ratio of NCO/OH in formulation,application condition and method as well as dry conditions.It provides some suggestions and references for 2K waterborne PU topcoat with high gloss and excellent performance.
