摘 要:本文设计试验验证方案对耐磨性的影响因素进行研究,试验结果表明:干膜厚度控制在150-200μm时磨损量最小;加速固化的方式大大提高了生产效率;磨屑附着在磨轮上会影响到耐磨损的能力;此外,对于环境和人员的控制也是影响膜层质量的重要因素.The influencing factors of wear-resistant coatings were studied by test verification scheme.The test results showed that the wear of the dry film was minimal when the thickness was controlled at 150~200 microns.The production efficiency was improved by the accelerated curing method.The wear ability was affected by the adhesion of abrasive on the grinding wheel.In addition,the control of the environment and personnel was also an important factor affecting the quality of the film.
