摘 要:提出了一种双向耗能钢板-形状记忆合金(SSMA)丝阻尼器,用于解决传统钢板阻尼器塑性变形不可恢复的问题。该阻尼器是一种结合了耗能钢板和超弹性SMA丝的复合阻尼器,结合了两种耗能机制,具有双向耗能能力和可恢复性,其性能优于传统单一类型的钢板阻尼器和SMA丝阻尼器。编写了Ni-Ti超弹性SMA丝的本构关系子程序并将该子程序与ABAQUS软件进行对接;利用ABAQUS有限元软件对未附加SMA丝的钢板阻尼器和SMA丝组分别进行模拟,SMA本构模型为双旗型本构模型;然后,对复合阻尼器SSMA进行模拟分析,深入研究SSMA的力学性能并给出其恢复力模型与设计建议。有限元分析结果表明,复合阻尼器SSMA具有饱满的滞回曲线、良好的耗能能力和良好的可恢复性。A new bidirectional energy dissipating steel plate and shape memory alloy wire damper(SSMA)is proposed for resolving plastic deformation issue of traditional steel plate dampers.As a composite damper,the SSMA damper combines energy-dissipating steel plate and super elastic SMA wire,and it has good energy dissipating capacity in two horizontal directions and has good capability of deformation recovery.Its performance is better than that of traditional single steel plate damper or SMA wire damper.A constitutive relation subroutine of Ni-Ti super elastic SMA wire is developed and connected to the ABAQUS software.The performance of the steel plate damper without SMA wire and with SMA wire component are simulated with ABAQUS,the constitutive model of SMA is double flag constitutive model.Then the entire composite damper SSMA is simulated and analyzed to explore its mechanical property,and the mechanical model and design guidelines are proposed.The results of numerical analysis show that the damper has full hysteretic curve,good energy dissipation capacity and good recoverability.
