摘  要:周边支承钢屋盖采用滑移施工工艺时,由于施工阶段结构支承条件与设计状态不一致,成型后结构的整体变形和杆件附加应力较大。以某体育馆为例,运用有限元软件进行不同滑移施工过程仿真模拟,对比分析边界约束条件、轨道布置、局部回顶等因素对周边支承结构受力成型的影响。发现滑靴处边界约束水平摩擦力和竖向约束刚度对结构整体力学响应影响较弱;设置短滑轨对减小跨中位移作用有限,可一定程度减小杆件附加应力和次桁架安装初始缺陷;采用局部回顶能明显减小结构竖向位移和杆件附加应力,解决支座安装问题;此外,在整个滑移过程中,竖向变形最大位置出现在南侧第1榀滑移单元端部,高附加应力比杆件也呈现由南向北侧拼装平台递减的规律,实际施工中需严密监控第1榀滑移桁架。When the peripheral supporting steel roof adopts the sliding construction technology,due to the inconsistency between the structural support conditions and the design state in the construction stage,the overall deformation of the formed structure and the additional internal force of the members are large.In this paper,a construction process of a gymnasium is used as an example,and the finite element analysis is used to simulate the influence of different boundary conditions during the construction process of the surrounding supporting structure,such as the sliding force of the gymnasium.The results show that the horizontal friction force and vertical stiffness of boundary constraints at the sliding shoe have weak effects on the overall mechanical response of the structure.Setting short slide rail has limited effect on reducing mid-span displacement,and it can reduce the additional stress of members and the initial defects of sub truss installation.The use of local jacking can significantly reduce the mid-span displacement and additional stress of members,and solve the problem of bearing installation.In addition,in the whole sliding process,the maximum vertical deformation occurs at the end of the first sliding unit in the south,and the distribution of members with high additional stress ratio also shows the law of decreasing from the south to the north assembly platform.In the actual construction,the first sliding truss needs to be closely monitored.
