摘　　要：表观遗传学是指DNA序列不发生变化,基因表达或表型出现可遗传的改变。表观遗传学可以解释经典遗传学所不能解释的遗传现象,因此近来大量表观遗传学的相关研究被报道。表观遗传效应在哺乳动物模型中进行了较多研究,但在禽类动物模型中的研究较少。禽类作为重要的农业动物,其疾病不仅会对其自身和人类的健康造成危害,而且会影响养殖户经济收益。因此,本研究综述了一些危害较大的禽类传染病和营养代谢病,及其表观遗传学机制的研究进展,旨在为禽类疾病的预防和治疗提供新思路。Epigenetics refers to the absence of changes in DNA sequence and the appearance of heritable changes in gene expression or phenotype.Epigenetics can explain genetic phenomena that are not explained by classical genetics,and therefore a large number of epigenetics-related studies have been reported recently.Epigenetic effects have been studied more in mammalian models,but less in avian animal models.As important agricultural animals,avian diseases not only pose health hazards to themselves and humans,but also affect farmers'economic returns.Therefore,this paper reviews some of the more harmful avian infectious and nutritional metabolic diseases,and the progress of their epigenetic mechanisms,aiming to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of avian diseases.
