摘　　要：目的探讨血清降钙素原、胆碱酯酶及肌钙蛋白Ⅰ水平对脓毒症患者病情和预后的评估价值。方法抽取南阳市中心医院2020年1月至2022年10月收治的80例脓毒症患者作为研究对象,根据病情程度分为脓毒症组44例和脓毒性休克组36例,根据预后结果分为存活组60例和死亡组20例。所有患者均接受血清降钙素原、胆碱酯酶及肌钙蛋白Ⅰ水平检测。比较脓毒症组与脓毒性休克组、存活组与死亡组血清降钙素原、胆碱酯酶及肌钙蛋白Ⅰ水平。结果入院后1、3、5 d,脓毒症组血清降钙素原、肌钙蛋白Ⅰ水平均低于脓毒性休克组,血清胆碱酯酶水平均高于脓毒症休克组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);死亡组血清降钙素原、肌钙蛋白Ⅰ水平均高于存活组,而血清胆碱酯酶水平均低于存活组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论检测脓毒症患者的血清降钙素原、胆碱酯酶及肌钙蛋白Ⅰ水平,对其病情程度和预后的评估价值较高。Objective To investigate the value of levels of serum procalcitonin,cholinesterase and troponin I in evaluation of severity and prognosis of sepsis patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with sepsis admitted to Nanyang Central Hospital from January 2020 to October 2022 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into sepsis group(44 cases)and septic shock group(36 cases)according to the severity of the disease,and they were divided into survival group(60 cases)and death group(20 cases)according to the prognosis.All patients underwent the detection of serum procalcitonin,cholinesterase and troponin I.The serum levels of procalcitonin,cholinesterase and troponin I were compared between sepsis group and septic shock group,and between survival group and death group.Results The levels of serum procalcitonin and troponin I in the sepsis group were lower than those in the septic shock group,and the levels of serum cholinesterase was higher than that in the septic shock group,with statistical significance at 1 day,3 days and 5 days after admission(P<0.05).The levels of serum procalcitonin and troponin I in the death group were higher than those in the survival group,while the level of serum cholinesterase was lower than that in the survival group(P<0.05).Conclusions Detecting levels of serum procalcitonin,cholinesterase and troponin I in sepsis patients has high value in evaluating the severity and prognosis of the disease.
