摘　　要：党的二十大报告提出以中国式现代化推进中华民族伟大复兴。社会治理现代化是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的应有之义,是中国式现代化的内在组成部分。中国式社会治理现代化的逻辑基础、价值追求和实践路径都有自身显著特征,其根本特征是坚持党的领导,本质属性是坚持以人民为中心,基本形态是共建共治共享的社会治理格局。价值层面,追求和谐共生、共同富裕与实现社会公平正义将成为中国社会建设和社会治理的核心议题。实践层面,中国式社会治理现代化之路将形成党建引领的现代社会治理体制、科学高效的现代社会治理层级,以及多元协同的现代社会治理机制。The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.It proposed promoting national rejuvenation through a Chinese path to modernization.Modernization of social governance is an inherent part of the Chinese path to modernization,which is the essence of building a modern socialist country in all respects.The logical foundation,value pursuit,and practical path of the modernization of social governance with Chinese characteristics have distinctive features.Its fundamental characteristic is to adhere to the leadership of the Party,its essential attribute is to adhere to a people-centered philosophy of development,and its basic form is a social governance pattern of collaboration,participation,and shared benefits.At the value level,pursuing harmonious coexistence,common prosperity,and achieving social fairness and justice will become the core issue of China’s social construction and governance.Practically,the modernization of Chinese style social governance will form a modern social governance system led by the CPC,a scientific and efficient hierarchical governance model of contemporary society,and a diversified and coordinated modern social governance mechanism.
