摘　　要：蒋家窑则水库的放水建筑物为唯一泄洪设施,其质量和安全在设计中尤为重要。在设计过程中,通过放水塔基础摩擦桩计算、通气孔面积计算、放水洞泄流能力计算、掺气水深计算、水面线计算和衬砌结构配筋计算分析,确定放水塔的基础处理方案,明确了放水洞体型尺寸以及衬砌配筋方案,可为类似工程提供参考借鉴。The quality and safety of the discharging building of Jiangjiayao Reservoir are particularly important in the design.In the design process,the foundation treatment scheme of the drainage tower is determined through the calculation of friction pile,vent hole area,drainage tunnel discharge capacity,aeration water depth,water surface line and lining structure reinforcement calculation and analysis,and the body size of the drainage tunnel and lining reinforcement scheme are defined,which can provide reference for similar projects.
