摘 要:为提高镍基高温合金粉末中非金属夹杂的静电分离效率,得到静电分离去除非金属夹杂物的最优工艺,优选53~150μm粉末以及同粒度的Al_(2)O_(3)颗粒进行正交实验,研究了电晕电压(U)、辊筒转速(n)以及电晕电极距离(S)对非金属夹杂物去除效果的影响,确定了最优参数。结果表明:电晕电压升高,非金属夹杂物去除效果升高;电晕极距离增大,静电去除效果降低;随辊筒转速升高时,非金属夹杂物去除效率先升高后降低,在辊筒转速70 r/min时,电晕电压30 kV时去除效果最佳。In order to improve the electrostatic separation efficiency of inclusions in Ni-based superalloy,mixed powder was prepared by adding 53~150μm size Al_(2)O_(3) particles into the same range of superalloy powders.Such mixed powders was treated with electrostatic separation method and the result was observed under stereoscope.The effects of corona voltage(U),rotation speed(n)and electrode distance(S)on the removal inclusions were studied.The results show that the removing effect increases with the increase of corona voltage and the decrease of distance between electrode and roller.In the above experiment conditions,the best operation parameters are follows:electrode voltage is 30 kV,rotation rate of the roller is 70 r/min.
