摘  要:铜是人体所需的微量元素之一,但是需要严格控制其用量,因此建立水中铜的测定方法具有重要意义。采用柠檬酸钠还原氯金酸的方法,制备了平均粒径约为15 nm的金纳米粒子(AuNPs)。用巯基丙酸和壳聚糖对AuNPs进行修饰,得到功能化的巯基丙酸/壳聚糖-AuNPs。在弱酸性条件下,Cu^(2+)能引起巯基丙酸/壳聚糖修饰的AuNPs的聚集,使其颜色发生变化。将Cu^(2+)标准溶液加入到巯基丙酸/壳聚糖-AuNPs溶液中,反应10 min后用分光光度法于539 nm处进行吸光度测定,可实现水中Cu^(2+)的分析。实验表明,Cu^(2+)浓度为2.0×10^(-8)~3.0×10^(-7)mol/L时与539 nm处的吸光度呈线性关系,校准曲线线性相关系数为0.9966,其表观摩尔吸光系数约为1.0×10^(7)L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1);方法检出限为1×10^(-8)mol/L。将实验方法用于湖水中Cu^(2+)的测定,结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=5)为2.7%,加标回收率在97%~106%之间。Copper is an essential trace element for human body,but its amount should be strictly controlled.The establishment of determination method for copper in water is of great importance.Gold nanoparticles(AuNPs)with average diameter of about 15 nm were synthesized by reducing HAuCl_(4) with sodium citrate.AuNPs were modified with mercaptopropionic acid and chitosan to prepare functional mercaptopropionic acid/chitosan-AuNPs.Under weakly acidic conditions,the mercaptopropionic acid and chitosan modified AuNPs could be aggregated in the presence of Cu^(2+),leading to the change of solution color.Cu^(2+)standard solution was added into mercaptopropionic acid/chitosan-AuNPs solution.The absorbance was measured by spectrophotometry at 539 nm after 10 min,which was applied for the determination of Cu^(2+)in water.The results showed that the absorbance at 539 nm had a linear relationship with the concentration of Cu^(2+)in range of 2.0×10^(-8)-3.0×10^(-7) mol/L.The linear correlation coefficient of calibration curve was 0.9966.The apparent molar absorptivity was about 1.0×10^(7) L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1).The limit of detection was 1×10^(-8) mol/L.The proposed method was applied for the determination of Cu^(2+)in lake water.The relative standard deviation(RSD,n=5)of determination results was 2.7%.The recoveries were between 97%and 106%.
