摘　　要：本文系统梳理了澳大利亚遗产保护的立法进程,重点考察了从“国家财产”到“澳大利亚遗产”保护法规体系的建立与转型过程;探讨澳大利亚遗产保护机制体系在遗产保护与城市发展相结合,遗产法规与环境法律体系相结合,世界遗产和国家、地方遗产保护立法相协同等方面的特色;最后总结了澳大利亚经验为我国新时期建成遗产保护传承制度建设与完善可资参考借鉴的内容。This paper is a systematic review of the legislative history of Australian heritage conservation,focusing on the establishment and transformation of the heritage systems from the"National Estate"to"Australian Heritage".Through the discussion on the characteristics in combination of heritage conservation and urban development,integration of heritage and environment legislation,as well as the coordination of world heritage and national,local heritage conservation legislation system,this paper hopes to provide reference for the construction of China's heritage conservation system.
