摘  要:钼涂层具有高温强度高、耐腐蚀性好与抗辐照能力强等优异的理化性能,在冶金、航空航天和核工业等领域具有良好的应用前景。本文梳理了钼涂层的主要制备方法,包括热喷涂、物理气相沉积与电沉积等,比较了不同制备方法的优缺点。着重介绍了熔盐和水溶液电沉积钼涂层的研究现状。对比了活性盐、支持电解质和添加剂对熔盐电沉积工艺及钼涂层质量的影响。目前,钼酸盐-氟化物-氧化物熔盐体系制备的钼涂层综合性能最好。水溶液电沉积的制备温度低,适用性广,但面临析氢难以抑制和MoO_(4)^(2-)对pH值敏感等问题,导致钼涂层与界面结合弱。Due to its excellent physicochemical properties of high strength at high temperature,good corrosion resistance,and strong radiation resistance,molybdenum coating has promising application prospects in metallurgy,aerospace,and nuclear industry.This paper reviews the main preparation methods of the molybdenum coating,including thermal spraying,physical vapor deposition and electrodeposition,and compares the advantages and disadvantages of different methods.In addition,the research status of the electrodeposition of the molybdenum coating in molten salt and aqueous solution is emphasized.The comparisons of the effects of active salt,support electrolyte,and additives on molten salt electrodeposition and molybdenum coating quality are also conducted.At present,the molybdenum coating prepared in molybdate-fluoride-oxide molten salt system has the best comprehensive performance.Aqueous solution electrodeposition has low preparation temperature and wide applicability,but it faces the difficulty of restraining hydrogen evolution and the problem of MoO_(4)^(2-)being sensitive to pH value,resulting in weak bonding between the molybdenum coating and the interface.
