摘 要:利用偏光显微镜、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、扫描电镜(SEM)和维氏硬度仪研究了Sc和Zr联合添加对ZL114A合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,对于利用Al-Ti-B细化晶粒的ZL114A合金,联合添加Sc和Zr后,初生α-Al晶粒的形核温度由619.2℃升至621.6℃,且其核心数量增多,形核更容易,晶粒进一步细化,晶粒尺寸由319.2μm减至287.8μm,减小了9.8%。联合添加Sc和Zr对ZL114A合金共晶Si几乎无影响,ZL114A+Sc+Zr合金力学性能变化主要归因于初生α-Al晶粒尺寸变化。联合添加Sc和Zr后,由于晶粒细化,ZL114A合金的硬度提高。The effects of the combined addition of Sc and Zr on the microstructure and mechanical properties of ZL114A alloy were studied by polarized light microscope,DSC,SEM and Vickers hardness tester.The results show that for ZLll4A alloy with Al-Ti-B grain refinement,the nucleation temperature of primaryα-Al grains increases from 619.2 C to 621.6 C after the combined addition of Sc and Zr,and the number of nucleation cores also increases.The nucleation ofα-Al grains becomes easier and the grains are further refined,of which the size decreases by 9.8%from 319.2μm to 287.8μm.The combined addition of Sc and Zr has little effect on the eutectic Si of ZLll4A alloy,indicating that the change in mechanical properties of ZLl14A+Sc+Zr alloy is mainly attributed to the change in the size of primaryα-Al grains.After the combined addition of Sc and Zr,the hardness of ZL1l4A alloy increases due to grain refinement.
