摘 要:目的探究血清miR-133a联合超声心动图在小儿先天性心脏病(CHD)中的应用价值。方法选择2019年6月到2021年5月我院收治的60例CHD患儿作为CHD组,另选60例正常儿童作为对照组,采用超声心动图检测其左室射血分数(LVEF),采用RT-PCR检测血清miR-133a水平,建立ROC曲线分析血清miR-133a联合LVEF对先天性心脏病的诊断价值。结果CHD组血清miR-133a水平高于对照组,LVEF低于对照组(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析显示,血清miR-133a和LVEF呈负相关(r=-0.238,P=0.024);miR-133a、LVEF诊断先天性心脏病的AUC分别为0.788、0.717,两者联合检测的AUC为0.883,高于单一检测指标(P<0.05)。结论超声心动图检测CHD患儿LVEF明显偏低,而血清miR-133a水平明显较高,两者联合对诊断CHD具有良好的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the application value of serum mir⁃133a combined with echocardiography in children with congenital heart disease(CHD).Methods 60 children with CHD in our hospital from June 2019 to may 2021 were selected as CHD group,and another 60 normal children were selected as control group.Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was detected by echocardiography,and serum mir⁃133a level was detected by RT⁃PCR.ROC curve was established to analyze the diagnostic value of serum mir⁃133a combined with LVEF in congenital heart disease.Results The level of serum mir⁃133a in CHD group was higher than that in control group,and LVEF was lower than that in control group(P<0.05);Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between serum mir⁃133a and LVEF(r=-0.238,P=0.024);The AUC of mir⁃133a and LVEF in the diagnosis of congenital heart disease were 0.788 and 0.717 respectively,and the AUC of combined detection of mir⁃133a and LVEF was 0.883,which was higher than that of single de⁃tection index(P<0.05).Conclusion The LVEF of children with CHD detected by echocardiography is significantly low⁃er,while the serum mir⁃133a level is significantly higher.The combination of the two has good clinical application value in the diagnosis of CHD.
