牛蒡解肌汤辅助治疗糖尿病足溃疡患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究牛蒡解肌汤在糖尿病足溃疡中促进创面愈合的作用。方法回顾性分析2019年6月至2020年6月本院接诊的67例糖尿病足溃疡患者的病历资料。根据治疗方案将其分为两组,观察组34例予以呋喃西林联合牛蒡解肌汤治疗,对照组33例给予单一呋喃西林治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的中医证候评分、临床疗效、创面愈合速率及用药后不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组的中医证候评分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组更低(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率(94.12%)高于对照组(75.76%)(P<0.05);观察组创面愈合速率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(8.82%)相比于对照组(3.03%)无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论牛蒡解肌汤用于糖尿病足溃疡患者治疗中,能够有效降低中医证候评分,提升临床效果,缩短创面愈合时间。Objective Explore the role of burdock Jieji Decoction in promoting wound healing in diabetic foot ulcers.Methods A retrospective analysis of the medical records of 67 patients with diabetic foot ulcers admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020.According to the treatment plan,they were divided into 2 groups.34 cases in the observation group were treated with nitrofurazone combined with burdock Jieji Decoction,and 33 cases in the control group were treated with single nitrofurazone.The scores of TCM syndromes,clinical efficacy,wound healing rate,and adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups of patients before and after medication.Results Before treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were not statistically different(P>0.05),after treatment,the two groups′s TCM syndrome scores were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and the control group was higher than the observation group(P<0.05),the effective rate of treatment in the control group was lower than that of the observation group(94.12%)(75.76%)(P<0.05),the wound healing rate in the control group was higher than that of the observation group(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(8.82%)Compared with the control group(3.03%),there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Burdock Jieji Decoction is used in the treatment of patients with diabetic foot ulcers,which can effectively reduce TCM syndrome scores,improve clinical effects,and shorten wound healing time.
