摘　　要：目的比较动力加压钢板固定与髓内钉固定在四肢创伤骨折后骨不连中的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2019年4月至2020年4月本院收治的87例四肢创伤骨折后骨不连中患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同分为试验组(n=47)和对照组(n=40),其中对照组患者采用动力加压钢板固定术治疗,试验组患者采用髓内钉固定术治疗,比较两组手术情况和临床疗效。结果试验组临床总有效率80.85%高于对照组60.00%(P<0.05);试验组手术时间、切口长度均短于对照组(P<0.05),试验组术中输血量、术后引流量均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用髓内钉固定治疗四肢创伤骨折后骨不连中患者,手术时间和切口长度更短,治疗效果较好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of dynamic compression plate fixation and intramedullary nail fixation in nonunion after limb trauma and fracture.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data was conducted in 87 patients with nonunion after limb trauma and fracture admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020,,which were divided into experimental(n=47)and control(n=40)groups according to the different treatments.The patients in the control group were treated with dynamic compression plate fixation,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with intramedullary nail fixation.The surgical conditions and clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(80.85%vs.60.00%,P<0.05).The operation time and incision length of the experimental group were shorter than those of the con⁃trol group(P<0.05).The blood transfusion volume and postoperative drainage volume in the experimental group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of intramedullary nail fixation to treat patients with nonunion after limb trauma and fracture has shorter operation time and incision length with good efficacy.It is worthy of clinical application.
