辅助应用20%超分子水杨酸外涂治疗中重度痤疮的效果及对患者GAGS评分的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨辅助应用20%超分子水杨酸外涂治疗中重度痤疮的效果及对患者GAGS评分的影响。方法选取我院收治2020年1月至2020年12月中重度痤疮病人200例,采取随机数字法分为观察组(n=101)和对照组(n=99),对照组采取常规用药,观察组在对照组的基础上辅助应用20%超分子水杨酸外涂。比较两组患者治疗效果,治疗前后的对患者GAGS评分以及药物产生的不良反应。结果两组疗效比较,观察组的总有效率高于对照组,治疗3周,治疗6周,治疗9周后,两组的中重度痤疮GAGS评分都下降,观察组中重度痤疮GAGS评分都低于对照组中重度痤疮GAGS评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应情况的比较,观察组与对照组的总发生率都低,(P>0.05)。结论常规用药基础上辅助应用20%超分子水杨酸外涂对中重度痤疮的疗效显著,治疗后对患者的GAGS评分降低,不良反应少。Objective To explore the effect of adjuvant application of 20%topical supramolecular salicylic acid in the treatment of moderate to severe acne and its influence on patients′GAGS score.Methods A total of 200 patients with moderate to severe acne admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected and divided into obser⁃vation group(n=101)and control group(n=99)by random number method.The control group took conventional medica⁃tion,and the observation group was supplemented with 20%topical supramolecular salicylic acid based on the control group.The treatment effects,the GGAGS scores on the patients before and after treatment,and the adverse reactions to the drugs were compared.Results As for the comparison of the treatment effects between the two groups,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 weeks of treatment,6 weeks of treat⁃ment,and 9 weeks of treatment,the two groups had lower moderate to severe acne GAGS scores;the GAGS scores of moder⁃ate and severe acne in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group was low,(P>0.05).Conclusion The adjuvant ap⁃plication of 20%topical supramolecular salicylic acid plus conventional medication has a significant effect on moderate to severe acne.After treatment,the GAGS score on the patients is reduced,and there are few adverse reactions.
