Analysis and Promotion Path of Freestyle Sking Aerials in Beijing Winter Olympics

摘  要:运用录像观察、文献资料、数理统计等研究方法,对2022年北京冬奥会自由式滑雪空中技巧男子、女子和混合团体决赛前3名成绩进行了分析,分析其存在的优势、不足及竞技实力的提升方向,从而进一步推动我国自由式滑雪空中技巧项目竞技实力的发展。研究表明:相较于北欧冰雪强国,中国队在自由式滑雪空中技巧男、女子单项上竞技实力较强,均夺得桂冠。混合团体项目中美国队竞技实力表现略胜一筹,荣获冠军,而中国队团体竞技实力表现相对劣势,动作稳定性不强,最终获得亚军。建议:(1)推动专业运动队建设,拓宽人才培养途径;(2)增加经费投入,改善训练条件;(3)创新训练方法,提升综合技术水平;(4)构建“走出去,引进来”备战体系;(5)打造高效“科医”团队,提高运动员医疗保障。Using video observation,literature,mathematical statistics and other research methods,the top three results of 2022 Beijing Olympics freestyle skiing aerials men,women and mixed team final were studied,analyzing its advantages,deficiencies and the direction of competitive strength,so as to further promote the domestic development of freestyle sking aerials competitive strength.Research shows that compared with the northern European ice and snow powers,the Chinese team is stronger in freestyle sking men's and women's singles and won in the events.In the mixed team event,the American team performed slightly better and won the championship,while the Chinese team competitive strength performance is relatively inferior,in that the movement stability is not strong,who finally won the second place.Suggestions:(1)promote the construction of professional sports teams and broaden the way of talent training personnel;(2)increase funding input and improve training conditions;(3)innovate training methods and improve the comprehensive technical level;(4)build a"go out and bring in"preparation system;(5)build an efficient"medical"team and improve the medical security of athletes.
