摘　　要：子宫肌瘤是一种临床常见的良性平滑肌肿瘤,随着孕妇年龄的增长,妊娠合并子宫肌瘤的发病率逐渐增加。妊娠期子宫肌瘤可出现各种退行性变,但以红色变性最常见,是产科急腹症之一,严重时可导致不良妊娠结局的发生。临床工作中需充分评估妊娠期子宫肌瘤变性情况,并予以积极对症支持治疗,以降低妊娠相关风险。Uterine fibroid is a kind of benign leiomyoma which is common in clinic.The incidence of uterine fibroids in pregnancy increases with the increase of maternal age.Uterine fibroids during pregnancy are prone to have various kinds of degeneration,but red degeneration is the most common and is one of the obstetric emergencies,which in severe cases might lead to adverse pregnancy outcomes.The degeneration of uterine fibroids during pregnancy should be adequately evaluated in clinical work,and symptomatic supportive treatment should be actively performed in order to reduce the risks associated with pregnancy.
