数字普惠金融对城乡收入差距的影响研究--基于中国省域空间计量模型的实证分析

摘　　要：数字普惠金融可以依托人工智能、互联网、大数据等信息技术,降低金融门槛,惠及农村低收入人群,从而缩小城乡收入差距。本文基于2011—2020年的省级面板数据,对数字普惠金融影响城乡收入差距的方向、机制与区域异质性进行了实证研究。主要结论:数字普惠金融和城乡收入差距均以“高-高”集聚或“低-低”集聚两种方式呈现出显著的空间聚集特征;数字普惠金融可以显著缩小城乡收入差距,在更换计量模型或核心解释变量后结论依旧稳健,并且数字普惠金融具有显著的空间溢出效应;数字普惠金融可以增加农村居民收入,进而缩小城乡收入差距;数字普惠金融对城乡收入差距的影响区域差异明显,扩大了经济欠发达地区差距,显著缩小了经济发展水平中等地区收入差距。By relying on information technologies such as artificial intelligence,Internet,big data,etc.,Digital inclusive finance can reduce the financial threshold and benefit rural low-income people,thus narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas.Based on the provincial panel data from 2011 to 2020,this paper constructs a spatial econometric model to empirically study the impact of digital inclusive finance on the urban-rural income gap,its mechanism and regional heterogeneity.The research shows that both digital inclusive finance and urban-rural income gap show significant spatial clustering characteristics,which are mainly represented by“high-high”clustering and“low-low”clustering;Digital inclusive finance can significantly reduce the urban-rural income gap,which is still significant af-ter the robustness test,and the spatial spillover effect of digital inclusive finance;In terms of the mecha-nism,we found that digital inclusive finance can narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas by improving the income of rural residents by constructing the intermediary effect model.There are regional differences in the impact of digital inclusive finance on the urban-rural income gap.The convergence effect is the most significant in the regions with medium economic development,and the expansion effect is shown in the economically underdeveloped regions.
