摘  要:为了研究热氧老化与光氧老化对水性环氧乳化沥青残留物的影响,通过动态剪切流变仪、傅里叶红外光谱、荧光显微镜评价了老化前后不同环氧树脂掺量的乳化沥青残留物的流变性能、化学结构与微观形貌的变化。结果表明:相同老化条件下随着环氧树脂含量的增加,乳化沥青蒸发残留物的复数模量老化指数逐渐减小,相位角老化指数逐渐增大;相同环氧树脂掺量下,同种沥青在热氧老化中的复数模量老化指数大于光氧老化中的复数模量老化指数,而相位角出现相反的趋势;热氧老化后,不掺环氧树脂的乳化沥青蒸发残留物的亚砜基指数变化量约为15%环氧掺量的乳化沥青蒸发残留物的8倍,光氧老化后,前者的亚砜基指数变化量约为后者的7倍;对比15%环氧树脂掺量乳化沥青蒸发残留物在热氧老化与光氧老化后的亚砜基指数变化量可以看出,热氧老化后的亚砜基指数为光氧老化后亚砜基指数的10倍,而对于不含环氧树脂的乳化沥青蒸发残留物,热氧老化后的亚砜基指数是光氧老化后的亚砜基指数的9倍;相较光氧老化,热氧老化更容易加深沥青的老化程度;环氧树脂形成的三维网状结构保护了部分沥青免受热氧与光氧老化的影响,环氧树脂含量越高,乳化沥青蒸发残留物抗老化性能越好。In order to study the influence of thermal oxygen aging and photo oxygen aging on the waterborne epoxy emulsified asphalt residues,the changes of rheological properties,chemical structure and micromorphology of emulsified asphalt residues with different epoxy resin contents before and after aging are evaluated by using dynamic shear rheometer(DSR),Fourier transform infrared(FTIR)spectroscopy and fluorescence microscope.The result shows that(1)Under the same aging condition,with the increase of epoxy resin content,the complex modulus aging index of emulsified asphalt evaporation residue gradually decreases,and the phase angle aging index gradually increases.(2)With the same content of epoxy resin,the complex modulus aging index of the same asphalt in thermal oxygen aging is greater than that in photo oxygen aging,while the phase angle has the opposite trend.(3)The change of sulfoxide group index of evaporation residue of emulsified asphalt without epoxy resin is about 8 times that of evaporation residue of emulsified asphalt with 15%epoxy content after thermal oxygen aging,while the change of sulfoxide group index of the former is about 7 times that of the latter after photooxygen aging.(4)Comparing the change of sulfoxide group index of evaporation residue of emulsified asphalt with 15%epoxy resin content after thermal oxygen aging and photo oxygen aging,it shows that the sulfoxide group index after thermal oxygen aging is 10 times of that after photo oxygen aging,while for evaporation residue of emulsified asphalt without epoxy resin,the sulfoxide group index after thermal oxygen aging is 9 times of that after photo oxygen aging.Compared with photo oxidation aging,thermal oxygen aging is more likely to deepen the aging degree of asphalt.(5)The 3D network structure formed by epoxy resin protects some asphalt from the influence of thermal oxygen and photo oxygen aging.The higher the content of epoxy resin,the better the anti-aging performance of emulsified asphalt evaporation residue.
