摘 要:为保证“下层EA+上层SMA”双层异质桥面铺装复合结构的层间黏结耐久性,设计拉拔和直剪试验对4种复合结构的层间力学特性进行了分析,并基于力学强度指标和能量学指标评价了层间黏结料种类、用量、上层SMA集料粒径及环境温度等因素对复合结构层间黏结性能的影响,分析了黏结层力学响应在加载作用下的演变规律及达到极限状态下的破坏形态。结果表明:拉拔/剪切强度指标受各类因素的影响较为明显,数据获取的可操作性强,可适用于评价不同条件下复合结构的层间黏结性能;拉拔/剪切刚度指标主要随受黏结材料种类的影响,可针对性地用于评价不同种类黏结材料之间的性能差异;拉拔/剪切断裂能指标主要表征结构破坏行为的整个过程,可适用于复合结构在重复荷载作用下的层间耐久性研究;4种复合结构的抗拉拔性能受黏结材料用量影响较大,而抗剪性能受黏结材料的用量影响较小;黏结材料种类对复合结构的层间黏结性能影响最大,采用环氧树脂黏层油的复合结构层间抗拉性能和抗剪性能均优于同等条件下的环氧沥青黏层油,而复合结构的上面层SMA集料粒径主要影响其层间抗剪性能;环境温度对复合结构层间黏结性能影响较小,但需注重上面层SMA高温稳定性。综合研究结果,“下层EA+上层SMA”复合结构具备最佳的层间黏结性能。To ensure the durability of interlayer bonding of“lower EA+upper SMA”double-layer heterogeneous bridge deck pavement composite structure,the interlayer mechanical behaviors of 4 composite structures are analyzed by using the designed pull-out and direct shear tests.Based on the indicators of mechanical strength and energetics,the influences of the type and amount of interlayer bonding materials,the particle size of SMA aggregate in the upper layer and the ambient temperature,etc.on the interlayer bonding performance of the composite structure are studied.The evolution of the mechanical response of the adhesive layer under the action of loading and the failure mode at the limit state are analyzed.The result shows that(1)the pull-out/shear strength indicators are obviously affected by various factors,and the data acquisition is easy to operate,which can be used to evaluate the interlayer bonding performance of composite structures under different conditions;(2)the pull-out/shear stiffness indicators are mainly affected by the type of bonding materials,and can be used to evaluate the performance differences among different types of bonding material;(3)the pull-out/shear fracture energy indicators mainly represent the whole process of structural failure behavior and can be applied to the study of interlayer durability of composite structures under repeated load;(4)the pull-out resistances of the 4 composite structures are greatly affected by the amount of bonding material,while the shear resistances are less affected by the amount of bonding material;(5)the types of bonding materials have the greatest influence on the interlayer bonding performance of the composite structure,the interlayer tensile performance and shear performance of the composite structure with epoxy resin interlayer binder are better than those of epoxy asphalt interlayer binder under the same conditions,while the particle size of SMA aggregate in the upper layer of the composite structure mainly affects its interlayer shear performance;(6)the
