摘  要:为探寻高速公路柔性高墩连续梁桥墩柱倾斜病害的形成原因并研究其加固维修措施,以广东某高速公路互通高墩匝道桥为研究对象,采用实测数据与数值模拟对比验证的研究方法,结合桥梁实际施工步骤和运营期间的病害状况,综合分析了桥梁墩柱产生倾斜病害的成因并确定主要影响因素。依据实测病害数据和数值模拟结果分析了墩柱倾斜病害维修处治方法。首先,对桥梁病害情况进行了全面调查,分析了桥梁墩柱倾斜量、支座滑移量以及各联主梁梁端间距状况。其次,建立了考虑桥梁实际线形和施工阶段的全桥空间杆系有限元模型,采用数值模拟方法分析了桥梁结构在施工与运营过程中的受力状态,分别探讨了恒载偏心作用、支座摩阻力以及不对称堆载等不同因素对桥梁墩柱倾斜的影响程度及其相关性,分析比对了数值模拟结果与实测数据中支座划痕长度、墩柱倾斜变形等数据。最后,基于桥梁病害状况以及成因,研究分析了桥墩倾斜纠偏、支座偏心调整、支座伸缩缝病害处治等维修加固措施。结果表明:墩柱倾斜程度与恒载偏心作用和不对称堆载作用相关,其中施工及运营阶段中桥墩长期处于偏心受压状态是造成墩柱倾斜的主要因素;千斤顶布置方案和桥梁支座系统调整方案可以有效处治高墩弯桥墩柱倾斜问题。In order to explore the cause of pier column inclination disease of expressway flexible high pier continuous beam bridge,and research its reinforcement and maintenance measures,taking an expressway interchange high pier ramp bridge in Guangdong Province for the research object,combining with the actual bridge construction steps and disease conditions during operation,the causes of pier column inclination disease are comprehensively analyzed and the main influencing factors are determined by using the research method of comparative verification of measured data and numerical simulation.The maintenance and treatment methods of pier column inclination disease are analyzed according to the measured disease data and numerical simulation result.First,the bridge diseases are comprehensively investigated,and the pier column inclination,bearing slip and the distance between the ends of main beams are analyzed.Second,the finite element model of the full bridge spatial member system considering the actual line shape and construction stage of the bridge is established.The stress states of the bridge structure during construction and operation are analyzed by using numerical simulation method.The influence degrees and correlations of bridge pier column inclination caused by different factors,i.e.,dead load eccentricity,bearing friction and asymmetric surcharge,etc.are respectively explored.The numerical simulation result is compared with the measured data,i.e.,the scratch length of the support and the inclined deformation of the pier column,etc.Finally,based on the condition and cause of bridge diseases,the maintenance and reinforcement measures,i.e.,pier inclination correction,support eccentric adjustment,and treatment of support expansion joint diseases,etc.are researched and analyzed.The result shows that(1)the inclination degree of pier column is related to dead load eccentricity and asymmetric surcharge,and the long-term eccentric compression of the pier in the construction and operation stages is the main factor that ca
