基于MaxEnt模型山东省丹参药材适宜生产区划研究

摘　　要：以山东省14个地市50个采集地的丹参为试材,采用Maxent模型和ArcGIS软件的生产适宜性区划方法,研究生态因子对山东省丹参分布的影响,以期为山东省丹参药材规范化种植和丹参药用资源的可持续利用提供参考依据。结果表明:影响丹参适宜性分布的主要生态因子为6月降水量、年降水量、最湿润月降水、最湿季均温、等温性。适宜分布区集中在山东中东部部分地区,包括临沂、日照、淄博、泰安、济宁、莱芜、烟台和青岛等地区,可将其分为泰莱山区、沂蒙山产区及胶东半岛三大产区。Taking Salvia miltiorrhiza from 50collection sites in 14cities in Shandong Province as experimental materials,the Maxent model and ArcGIS software were used,the effects of ecological factors on the distribution of Salvia miltiorrhiza in Shandong Province were studied by using the production suitability distribution method of Maxent model and ArcGIS software,in order to providereference for the standardized cultivation of Salvia miltiorrhiza and the sustainable utilization ofSalvia miltiorrhiza medicinal resources in Shandong Province.The results showed that the mainecological factors affecting the distribution of Salvia miltiorrhiza were precipitation in June,precipitation of wettest quarter,minimum temperature in July,and isothermality.The ecology suitableareas were eastern and central Shandong,including Linyi,Rizhao,Weifang,Zibo,Tai′an,Jining andLaiwu.According to the topography and geomorphology of the suitable area,it was divided into threemajor production areas.Tailai Mountain,Yimeng Mountain and Jiaodong Peninsula.
