摘 要:随着我国城市化建设的快速发展,岩溶区所面临的岩溶塌陷问题日趋严重。其中,桩基施工诱发岩溶地面塌陷问题一直被忽视。本文以深圳市龙岗区龙园路岩溶地面塌陷事件为例,运用高频率高精度岩溶地下水气压力监测手段,分析研究桩基施工对岩溶地下水的影响及隐伏土洞发育规律。结果表明:城市更新项目桩基施工导致岩溶地下水气压力突变,使第四系底部软流塑土体流失而形成土洞,土洞不断向地面发展,最终引发岩溶地面塌陷。此外提出了岩溶区桩基施工时相应的防控措施:应在详勘阶段重视岩溶地下水气压力监测和岩溶水文地质条件分析,合理设计桩基础施工工艺,同时加强施工过程中的岩溶地下水气压力的实时监测及管控。With the rapid development of urbanization in China,the collapse hazard in karst area are becoming more and more serious.However,the problem of karst collapse induced by pile foundation construction has not been paid attention to.The Longyuan Road area in Longgang District,Shenzhen is an area with strong karst development.This paper has taken the karst ground collapse event in this area as an example,using high-frequency and high-precision karst groundwater pressure monitoring methods to analyze the influence of pile foundation construction on karst groundwater and the law of soil cave development.The results show that the renewal project is the main inducement factor,and the pile foundation construction leads to the abrupt change of water and gas pressure in the karst underground,which leads to the loss of the soft fluid-plastic soil in the bottom of the quaternary system and forms the soil cave.The soil cave develops constantly,and finally causes the collapse of the karst surface.Furthermore,it is proposed that prior to the construction of pile foundations in karst areas,attention should be paid to the analysis of karst hydrogeological conditions during the detailed investigation stage,and the monitoring of karst groundwater and gas pressure should be strengthened.Reasonably design the construction technology of the pile foundation.Furthermore,the corresponding prevention and control measures such as real-time monitoring and control of karst groundwater pressure during the construction process will be strengthened.
