摘　　要：As global connections have increased since World War Ⅱ,the inadequacies of the traditional narratives of national and imperial history have become apparent.Under the influence of Fernand Braudel,a French historian and leader of the Annales School,the study of Atlantic history gradually emerged in European and American academic session.Meanwhile,the in-depth cooperation and exchanges between European and American politicians and citizens in politics,economy.
