摘　　要：电子档案是否具有与纸质档案同等的法律效力成为学界和业界关注的焦点。通过对相关文献的分析发现,国内电子档案法律效力问题的理论研究集中于研究动因、法律依据和前提条件三个方面,应用研究集中于应用现状、实现障碍和发展策略三个方面;国外研究集中于电子档案法律效力立法和保障两个方面。现有研究存在研究深度不足、重理论轻实践、分析视角局限等不足,这些是未来研究要突破的方向。Whether electronic archives have the same legal effect as paper archives has become the focus of academic and industry attention.Through the analysis of relevant literature,it is found that the domestic theoretical research focuses on three aspects:research motivation,legal basis and preconditions,and applied research focuses on three aspects:application status,realization obstacles and development strategies.Foreign research focuses on the legislation and safeguards of legal effect of electronic archives.The existing research has shortcomings such as insufficient research depth,emphasis on theory over practice,and limited analytical perspective,which are the directions to be broken through in future research.
