摘  要:目前学界对于民国时期档案学中等职业教育研究较少,湖南私立明宪女子高级文书科职业学校办学时间长,学生人数多,在档案学教育史上占有一席之地。文章通过历史文献法对其档案学教育进行溯源,探讨其历史沿革及办学宗旨,进一步分析课程设置、师资队伍及办学成效,并给出历史评价:湖南私立明宪女子高级文书科职业学校于时局动荡之际,以一己之力承担湖南地区文书档案人才培养的重任;充分考虑学生特点与社会需求,培育多技能专业人才,助力学生升学就业;受到社会环境、教育层次及办学目标的影响,教学上偏重于文书管理,档案管理略显薄弱。Now,the academic circles have little research on secondary vocational education of archival science during the Republic of China.Hunan Private Mingxian Women's Advanced Records Faculty Vocational School has lasted for a long time,trained a large number of students and had a prominent position in archival science education history.Tracing to the source of archival science education of the school through historical literatures,historical development and founding purpose are discussed.Staff,curriculum and the effect of operating the school are further analyzed,then historical appraisals are proposed as follows:Hunan Private Mingxian Women's Advanced Records Faculty Vocational School has taken on the important task of cultivating records and archival talents of Hunan Province on its own in the turbulent times.After fully considing the characteristics of students and social needs,it decided to cultivate multi-skilled professionals in order to help students enter a higher school and find employment.Affected by the social environment,education level and school goals,the teaching didn't establish a good balance between document management and the archive management and the school didin't train records and archive managing academic talents.
