县级图书馆地方特色文献开发利用的现状与发展--以长沙县图书馆12家分馆为例

摘　　要：通过走访长沙县12家公共图书馆,结合实地考察和网络分析,对其地方特色文献资源建设情况进行调研,详细分析了当前公共图书馆特色文献资源在建设规划、收集渠道、数字化建设、宣传和社会参与上的问题,并且针对这些问题,提出了制定地方特色文献建设标准、拓宽地方特色文献收集渠道、加快地方特色文献数字化建设、加大地方特色文献宣传力度以及加强地方特色文献合作意识的发展策略。By visiting 12 public libraries in Changsha County and investigating the construction of local characteristic literature resources on the spot and on the Internet,this paper analyzes the problems in the current construction planning,collection channels,digital construction,publicity and social participation of the characteristic literature resources of public libraries in detail.In response to these problems,puts forward the strategy of the formulation of standards for the construction of local characteristic literature,broadening the collection channels of local characteristic literature,speeding up the digitalization construction of local characteristic literature,strengthening the publicity of local characteristic literature and strengthening the consciousness of local characteristic literature cooperation.
