摘　　要：加强对湘西苗族医药口述历史资源的挖掘与创造性转化研究是继承与发展湘西苗族医药的重要途径。文章主要在吉首大学图书馆挖掘湘西苗族医药口述历史资源的基础上,阐述了湘西苗族医药口述历史资源挖掘的必要性、挖掘实践与整编方法,提出了创造性转化湘西苗族医药口述历史资源的途径,以期为民族地区高校图书馆对民族医药口述历史资源的挖掘与创造性转化提供借鉴。Strengthening the excavation and creative transformation of oral history resources of Miao medicine in Xiangxi is an important way to inherit and develop Miao medicine in Xiangxi. Based on the excavation of the oral history resources of Xiangxi Miao medicine in Jishou University Library, this paper expounds the necessity, excavation practice and integration methods of the excavation of oral history resources of Xiangxi Miao medicine, and puts forward the innovative ways to creatively transform the oral history resources of Xiangxi Miao medicine, in order to provide reference for the excavation and creative transformation of oral history resources of ethnic medicine in University Libraries in ethnic areas.
