档案倡导的模式构建与实践启示

摘　　要：档案倡导虽有一定的实践基础,但国内档案学界尚缺乏对档案倡导模式的相关研究。文章根据参与主体的不同,将档案倡导模式划分为档案馆主导模式、政府主导模式和社会参与模式。从实践角度来看,对我国档案倡导发展的启示有坚持党对档案倡导工作的领导、加大档案人才队伍培养力度、增强档案倡导服务档案事业的能力和推动档案倡导走向世界的步伐四个方面,以期推动我国档案事业发展。Although archival advocacy has a certain practical basis, the archival academic community still lacks relevant research on archival advocacy models. According to the different participants, the archive advocacy models are divided into the archival leading model, the government-led model and the social participation model. From the practical point of view, the enlightenment of the development of China’ s archives advocacy has to adhere to the party’ s leadership over the archival advocacy work, increase the training of archival talents, enhance the ability of archival advocacy service archival undertakings and promote the pace of archival advocacy to the world, in order to discover new impetus for the development of China’ s archival undertakings.
