激光取样法和手动取样法测试织物手感风格的结果比较

摘　　要：分别采用激光取样法和手动取样法,对样品使用CHES-FY型手感风格测试仪进行测试,取得织物柔软度、硬挺度、滑爽度和松紧度的测试结果。运用软件对结果进行对比分析。结果表明,激光取样和手动取样的手感风格测试结果具有统计学意义上的显著相关性,对于织物手感风格测试的自动化激光取样方式提供了一定的数据参考。Laser sampling method and manual sampling method were used respectively.The samples were tested with CHES-FY handle style tester,and the test results of softness,stiffness,smoothness and tightness were obtained.The results were analyzed by software.The results showed that the handle style test results of laser sampling and manual sampling had a statistically significant correlation,which provided some data reference for the automatic laser sampling method of handle style test.
