熔融共混法制备相变蓄冷材料及其性能表征

摘  要:针对常温环境条件下的储冷功能需求,研制了蓄冷材料,利用熔融共混法制备了无机相变蓄冷材料。当蓄冷材料制备配方中聚丙烯酸∶Na_(2)SO_(4)∶Na_(2)B_(4)O_(5)(OH)_(4)的比例为5∶3∶2时,适量配合黏合剂、增稠剂及复合纤维能达到有效的相变性能。测试结果表明:相变潜热为75 kJ/kg,蓄冷材料260 g,常温环境下80 min结晶,续航2 h后仍能有7.7℃以上的降温效果,无毒无刺激性。According to the requirements of cold storage function at room temperature,cold storage materials were developed,and inorganic phase change cold storage materials were prepared by melt blending method.When the proportion of polyacrylic acid:Na_(2)SO_(4):Na_(2)B_(4)O_(5)(OH)_(4)is 5:3:2,an appropriate amount of adhesive additives,thickeners and composite fibers can achieve effective phase change performance.The test results showed that the latent heat of phase change was 75 kJ/kg,with 260 g of cold storage material,crystallization under normal temperature for 80 min,it still had the cooling effect of more than 7.7℃after 2 hours of endurance,and was non-toxic and non-irritating.
