摘　　要：目的 了解福州机场口岸境外输入新冠病毒核酸阳性者的流行学特征,为疫情防控工作提供科学依据。方法从国家疾控中心传染病报告信息管理系统及中国海关智慧卫生检疫系统,收集2020年1月25日-2021年12月31日福州口岸输入性新冠病毒核酸阳性病例个案信息,采用流行病学方法分析输入性新冠病毒核酸阳性病例的流行特征。结果 2020年1月25日-2021年12月31日,福州机场口岸累计报告境外输入新冠病毒核酸阳性305例,其中确诊病例97例,无症状感染者208例。男女比例为2.08∶1(206∶99);年龄中位数为36岁(39 d~71岁),以21~50岁为主,248例,占81.31%;建筑工人62例,占20.33%;餐饮服务人员居多,38例,占12.46%;病例来自国家以日本(32.79%,100例)和印度尼西亚(29.51%,90例)居多;共涉及航班133条,其中发现病例超过3例的航班有25条,占18.80%,检出核酸阳性121例,占39.67%。发现方式主要是入境检疫发现,共215例,占70.49%;集中隔离点采样发现90例,占29.51%。结论 福州机场口岸的输入性新冠病毒核酸阳性病例多为入境检疫发现,福州海关与地方政府联防联控成效显著。境外疫情依然严峻,及时跟踪疫情动态的同时,防控措施须坚持不懈。Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid positive patients imported from Fuzhou Airport port,and to provide scientific basis for epidemic prevention and control.Methods The information of imported SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid positive cases at Fuzhou port from January 25,2020 to December 31,2021 was collected from the infectious disease report information management system of the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention and the health quarantine system of China Customs.The epidemiological methods were used to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of imported SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid positive cases.Results From January 25,2020 to December 31,2021,a total of 305 positive cases of SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid imported from abroad were reported at Fuzhou Airport,including 97 confirmed cases and 208 asymptomatic infections.The male-to-female ratio was 2.08:1(206:99),The median age was 36 years old(39 d-71 years old),mainly 21-50 years old,with 248 cases,accounting for 81.31%,62 construction workers,accounting for 20.33%,catering personnel were the majority,with 38 cases,accounting for 12.46%.Most cases came from Japan(32.79%,100 cases)and Indonesia(29.51%,90 cases).A total of 133 flights were involved,of which 25 flights with more than 3 cases were detected,accounting for 18.80%,and 121 cases were detected positive for nucleic acid,accounting for 39.67%.The detection methods were mainly found in entry quarantine,with a total of 215 cases,accounting for 70.49%,90 cases were found in centralized isolation point sampling,accounting for 29.51%.Conclusion Most of the imported positive cases of new coronavirus nucleic acid at Fuzhou Airport Port were found in entry quarantine,and the joint prevention and control between Fuzhou Customs and local governments had achieved remarkable results.The overseas epidemic situation is stil severe,and while tracking the epidemic situation in a timelymanner,prevention and control measures must be persistent.
