摘  要:以磷石膏为原料制备(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)溶液与CaCO_(3),可将磷石膏中的钙、硫资源循环利用。考察氨化反应的温度、时间、物料比、液固质量比对CaSO_(4)转化率的影响,得到最佳工艺参数:反应温度40℃,反应时间1.5 h,m(磷石膏):m(碳酸氢铵):m(氨水)为1.00∶0.78∶1.33,液固质量比0.75,此时CaSO_(4)转化率超过99%。同时进行(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)及CaCO_(3)分离实验,基本实现(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)与CaCO_(3)完全分离,得到w((NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4))8.32%的溶液,为后续加工奠定基础。(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4) solution and CaCO_(3) are prepared from phosphogypsum,which can recycle the calcium and sulfur resources in phosphogypsum.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,material ratio and solid-liquid mass ratio on conversion rate of CaSO_(4) are studied,the best process parameters are obtained:Reaction temperature is 40℃,reaction time is 1.5 h,the mass ratio of phosphogypsum,ammonium bicarbonate,ammonia water is 1.00:0.78:1.33,liquid-solid mass ratio is 0.75,under these conditions the conversion rate of CaS0_(4) exceeds 99%.At the same time,the separation experiment of(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4) and CaCO_(3) are carried out,complete separation of the two is achieved,and ammonium sulfate solution with w((NH_(4)_(2)SO_(4))8.32%is obtained,laying a foundation for subsequent processing.
