摘  要:针对传统法磷酸二铵装置硫酸系统管路复杂、输送泵故障频发、管线穿孔频繁、不能同时满足几种供酸需求的问题,对硫酸系统重新设计和技改。通过选择变频、回流、节流的组合流量调控方式,满足装置各需酸点不同工艺需求,有效解决硫酸输送系统频繁故障问题,运行稳定可靠,对复杂的液体输送系统流量控制设计有参考和借鉴意义。In view of the problems of the complex pipeline of the sulfuric acid system of the DAP plant with traditional process,the frequent failure of the delivery pump,the frequent perforation of the pipeline,and the inability to meet several acid supply requirements at the same time,the sulfuric acid system is redesigned and technically improved.By selecting the combined control mode of frequency conversion,reflux and throttling,it can meet the different process requirements of each acid point of the unit,effectively solve the problem of frequent failures of the sulfuric acid conveying system,and operate stably and reliably.It is useful for the flow control design of complex liquid conveying system.
