摘　　要：云南云天化红磷化工有限公司200 kt/a粉状磷酸一铵装置采用流化床方式对喷粉塔物料进行干燥,产品水分控制难度大,导致产品水含量合格率低。通过在流化床风机进口安装空气加热器,对现有干燥流程进行优化改造,实现产品水含量可控,产品水含量合格率大幅度提升,每年可节约生产成本约108万元。The 200 kt/a powdered MAP plant of Yunnan Yuntianhua Red Phosphorus Chemical Co.,Ltd.uses fluidized bed to dry the materials in the powder spray tower,which makes it difficult to control the water content of product,resulting in a low qualified rate of water content of product.By installing an air heater at the inlet of the fluidized bed fan and optimizing the existing drying process,the water content of product can be controlled,and the qualified rate of water content of product can be greatly improved,the annual production cost can be saved by about 1.08 million Yuan RMB.
