摘　　要：为提高磷酸品质,使用超滤膜对净化磷酸进行过滤。过滤后,清酸中的固含量、F含量、MER值均有不同程度的降低,清酸指标和出酸量均能够达到磷酸钙盐生产指标要求;过滤后得到的滤饼呈胶状物,黏性较大,通过15 min反吹再生可清除滤饼,卸渣较为方便。In order to improve the quality of phosphoric acid,ultrafiltration membrane is used to filter purified phosphoric acid.After filtration,the solid content,F content and MER value in clear acid are reduced to varying degrees.The clear acid index and output can meet the requirements of the production index of calcium phosphate.The filter cake obtained after filtration is gummy and sticky,it can be removed by back blowing for 15 min,and unloading slag is more convenient.
