摘　　要：采用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法测定湿法净化磷酸中砷含量。优化测定条件后,在最佳条件下,测定结果相对标准偏差为1.5%~3.7%,加标回收率在95%~105%,测定结果与HG/T 4069-2008二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸银法无显著性差异,符合测定要求。该法操作简便、快速,可替代二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸银法测定湿法净化磷酸中的砷含量。The content of As in purified WPA is determined by ICP method,and the determination conditions are optimized.Under the optimum conditions,the relative standard deviation of the determination results is 1.5%-3.7%,and the recovery rate is 95%-105%,and there is no significant difference between ICP and the silver diethyldithiocarbamate method,meeting the determination requirements.The method is simple and rapid,and can replace the silver diethyldithiocarbamate method for the determination of As in purified WPA.
