煤气化废水在600 kt/a磷酸二铵装置上的应用

摘　　要：针对合成氨煤气化废水颜色偏黑且氯含量稍高与氟含量低的特点,尝试在600 kt/a磷酸二铵装置生产深色系产品时,将煤气化废水引入尾气洗涤系统替代磷石膏渣场池水作为洗涤补水。应用结果表明,生产深色系磷酸二铵产品时以合成氨煤气化废水作为尾气洗涤补水,总体工艺指标、产品质量稳定,尾气氟含量指标改善,实现了污水综合利用,减少了生产污水处理量,实现了节能减排。In view of the characteristics of the synthetic ammonia coal gasification waste water,which is dark in color,slightly high in chlorine and low in fluorine,coal gasification waste water is introduced into the tail gas washing system as washing water instead of phosphogypsum slag pond water when producing dark DAP products in 600 kt/a DAP plant.The application results show that when the synthetic ammonia coal gasification waste water is used as tail gas washing water of dark DAP production,the process indicators and product quality are stable,fluorine content in tail gas is decreased,realizing the comprehensive utilization of sewage,reducing the treatment amount of production sewage,and realizing energy saving and emission reduction.
