摘　　要：介绍高塔复合肥生产中质量清单的制定方法:对生产装置合理划分工序岗位,将产品质量所赋予的内涵以清单的形式分解到各岗位,实现班组质量管控条理清晰,控制指标数据化、量化。通过将质量清单应用于肥料生产质量管理中,并根据其制定出考核制度,以及在实施过程中持续不断地改进、完善,高塔复合肥产品质量得到稳步提升。The method of making the quality list in the production of high tower compound fertilizer is introduced:Reasonably dividing the production equipment into post processes,decomposing the connotation of product quality into each post in the form of a list,so as to achieve clear organization of team quality control,digitization and quantification of control indicators.By applying the quality list to the quality management of fertilizer production,establishing the assessment system according to the quality list,which is continuously improved during the implementation,the product quality of high tower compound fertilizer is steadily improved.
