摘 要:目的分析新型孕期营养体质量管理在预防巨大儿及足月低体质量儿的临床效果。方法选取在天津市第二人民医院进行建卡产检和分娩的150名早孕孕妇为研究对象,应用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,两组孕妇年龄、身高、孕次、孕周以及产检次数等一般资料差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组采用传统孕期营养体质量管理模式,观察组采用新型孕期营养体质量管理模式,观察两组体质量控制情况、孕期并发症情况、分娩方式情况以及新生儿体质量情况。结果两组孕妇孕前体质量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组孕妇孕期增加体质量显著小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组孕期并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组顺产率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组剖宫产率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组巨大儿发生率和足月低体质量儿发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对孕妇在怀孕期间进行新型营养体质量管理,不仅可以有效降低巨大儿和足月低体质量儿发生率,还可以降低孕期并发生发生率,改善分娩方式,效果显著,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the new nutritional body quality management during pregnancy on the prevention of macrosomia and low body weight infants at term.Methods A total of 150 early pregnant women who underwent construction card birth examination and delivery in our hospital were selected as the research objects.Random number table method was used to divide them into control group and observation group.There was no significant difference in age,height,gestational number,gestational age and the number of birth examination between the two groups(P>0.05).The control group adopted the traditional pregnancy nutrition quality management mode,and the observation group adopted the new pregnancy nutrition quality management mode.The body quality control,pregnancy complications,delivery mode and newborn body quality of the two groups were observed.Resu I ts There was no significant difference in pre-pregnancy body mass between the two groups(P>0.05),and the increase in body mass during pregnancy in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of pregnancy complications in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The vaginal delivery rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05),and the cesarean section rate of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of macrosomia and low body mass in term in observation group were significantly lowerthan those in control group(P<0.05).Conelusion New nutritional body quality management during pregnancy can not only effectively reduce the incidence of macrosomia and full-term infants with low body weight,but also reduce the incidence of concurrent pregnancy and improve the way of delivery.The effect is significant and worthy of popularization and application.
