基于白眉蛇毒血凝酶的救治在创伤性脑损伤患者围术期的应用效果及对卒中量表评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分的影响

摘　　要：目的研究基于白眉蛇毒血凝酶(邦亭)的救治对创伤性脑损伤(TBI)患者的应用效果及对卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分的影响。方法选择2019年3月-2021年12月于天津市环湖医院进行治疗的TBI患者60例,将其使用电脑随机分组法分为两组,每组各30例,对照组应用氨甲环酸和常规的护理方式进行干预,观察组应用基于邦亭的救治和护理,比较两组患者手术时间、术中渗血量、术后24小时的引流量、NIHSS评分和HAMA评分,以及患者满意度。结果观察组手术时间、术中渗血量,以及术后24h的引流量均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的NIHSS评分和HAMA评分相对于干预前明显更低,且观察组NIHSS评分、HAMA评分相对于对照组更低(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度为93.33%,相对于对照组的70.00%明显更高(P<0.05)。结论对TBI患者给予基于邦亭的救治可以有效降低手术时间,术中的渗血量及术后24小时的引流量,改善神经功能缺损及焦虑程度,提升患者满意度,值得在临床上推广。Objective To study the effect of treatment based on bunting on traumatic brain injury(TBI)patients and the effect on stroke scale(NIHSS)and Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale scale(HAMA)scores.Methods A total of 60 patients with TBI,who were treated in our hospital from March 2019 to December 2021,were randomly divided into two groups with 30 patients in each group,the patients in the control group were treated with tranexamic acid and conventional nursing,while the patients in the observation group were treated with treatment and nursing based on Bontin.The time of operation,the amount of blood oozing during operation and the amount of drainage in the 24 hours after operation were compared between the two groups,NIHSS and HAMA scores and patient satisfaction.Results The time of operation,the amount of blood oozing during operation and the amount of drainage 24 hours after operation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).NIHSS and HAMA scores were significantly lower in both groups after intervention than before intervention,and NIHSS scores and HAMA scores were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group(93.33%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.00%)(P<0.05).Conelusion The treatment based on Bontin for TBI patients can effectively reduce the operation time,the amount of blood oozing during operation and the amount of drainage in 24 hours after operation,improve the neurologic impairment and anxiety,and increase the patients'satisfaction,it is worth popularizing in clinic.
