摘　　要：目的探究甘舒霖30R联合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢指标及胰岛素β细胞功能的影响。方法按随机数字表法将上高县人民医院2020年1月-2022年7月收治的88例2型糖尿病患者分为两组。对照组(n=44)予以甘舒霖30R治疗,研究组(n=44)加用二甲双胍治疗,对比两组临床疗效、血糖指标、体质量指数(BMI)、血脂代谢指标[甘油三酯(TG)、血脂总固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白-C(LDL-C)]、胰岛β细胞功能指标[胰岛素分泌指数(HO-MA-β)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMAIR)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)]和不良反应。结果研究组治疗后总有效率高于对照组,血糖指标、BMI和血脂水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后HO-MA-β、ISI水平高于对照组,HOMA-IR、FINS水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应对比,差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论甘舒霖30R联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病患者能提高疗效,利于控制血糖和血脂水平,保护胰岛β细胞功能,临床应用安全可靠。Objective To explore the effect of Ganshulin 30R combined with metformin on glucose and lipid metabolism and insulin in type 2 diabetes patientsβ the influence of cell function.Methods 88 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to July 2022 were divided into two groups according to random number table.The control group(n=44)was treated with Ganshulin 30R,and the study group(n=44)was treated with metformin.The clinical efficacy,blood glucose indicators,body mass index(BMI),blood lipid metabolism indicators[triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein C(LDL-C)],and pancreatic islets of the two groups were compared(3 Cell function index[insulin secretion index(HO-MA-β),HOMA-IR,FINS,ISI]and adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the blood glucose index,BMI and blood lipid level were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);HO-MA-β and ISI levels in the study group after treatment were higher than those in the control group,and HOMA-IR,FINS levels were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the adverse reactions of the two groups were compared(P>0.05).Conelusion Ganshulin 30R combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients can improve the efficacy,help control blood sugar and lipid levels,and protect islets of langerhans f3 Cell function,safe and reliable in clinical application.
