综合病例站点式考核在护理层级培训中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析综合病例站点式考核在护理层级培训中的应用价值。方法选择2020年1月1日-2020年12月31日参加基层医院层级培训的N2-N3级临床护士80例,分为对照组(n=40)、观察组(n=40),对照组给予传统模式层级培训,观察组给予综合病例站点式考核,比较两组护士培训前后考核成绩、评判性思维能力评分(中文版CCTDI-CV量表评分),比较两组护士对层级培训的满意度。结果培训后两组护士理论、临床技能考核成绩明显升高,且观察组护士理论、临床技能考核成绩水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。培训前两组护士CCTDI-CV量表各指标及总分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);培训后观察组CCTDICV量表各指标及总分均明显升高,且观察组CCTDI-CV量表各指标及总分水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护士对层级培训满意度为95.00%,明显高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论综合病例站点式考核可有效提高层级培训护士的综合成绩,增强护士的评判性思维能力及主观能动性,提高护士的岗位胜任能力,帮助推动基层护理事业发展。Objective To analyze the application value of comprehensive case-site assessment in nursing cascade training.Methods Eighty clinical nurses of N2-N3 level who participated in primary hospital cascade training from January 1,2020 to December 31,2020 were selected and divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40),the control group was given traditional mode cascade training and the observation group was given comprehensive case site-based assessment,comparing the assessment scores,critical thinking ability(Chinese version)before and after training between the two groups of nurses measurement scale(CCTDI-CV),and compare the satisfaction of nurses in both groups with the cascade training.Results The theoretical and clinical skills assessment scores of nurses in both groups were significantly higher after training,with the level of theoretical and clinical skills assessment scores of nurses in the observation group being significantly higher than that of the control group after training(P<0.05).The differences between the indicators and total scores of CCTDI-CV scale of nurses in the two groups before training were not statistically significant(P>0.05);the indicators and total scores of CCTDI-CV scale of nurses in the observation group were significantly higher after training,among which the levels of indicators and total scores of CCTDI-CV scale of nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after training(P<0.05).The nurses in the observation group were 95.00%satisfied with the cascade training,which was significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conelusion Site-based examination of comprehensive cases can effectively improve the comprehensive scores of nurses trained at different levels,enhance their critical thinking ability and subjective initiative,improve their post competence,and help promote the development of primary nursing.
