心理护理干预结合脑电生物反馈治疗在伴有精神病性症状的重度抑郁发作患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析心理护理干预结合脑电生物反馈治疗在伴有精神病性症状的重度抑郁发作患者中的应用。方法选择曲靖市第三人民医院精神科2021年7月-2022年7月收治的212例伴有精神病性症状的重度抑郁发作患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者均分成对照组(心理护理+药物治疗)、观察组(在对照组基础上结合脑电生物反馈治疗),记录两组治疗后4、7、10、14、20、28天汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分,两组治疗前后4、14天匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)和自杀倾向(BSI-CV)评分。结果两组治疗时间越长,HAMA评分越低,且观察组不同时段HAMA评分均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗时间越长,HAMD评分越低,且观察组不同时间段HAMD评分均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前,PSQI评分和BSI-CV评分比较,无明显差异(P>0.05);经治疗后,观察组患者不同时间段PSQI评分和BSI-CV评分均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于伴有精神病性症状的重度抑郁发作患者,心理护理干预结合脑电生物反馈治疗的效果明显,可有效干预患者抑郁程度,改善患者睡眠质量,对患者焦虑抑郁症状均有显著改善效果。Objective To analyze the application of psychological nursing intervention combined with EEG biofeedback in patients with major depressive episode accompanied by psychotic symptoms.Methods A total of 212 patients with major depressive attack with psychotic symptoms admitted to the Department of Psychiatry of the Third People's Hospital of Qujing City from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the study objects.The patients were randomly divided into control group(psychological nursing+drug therapy)and observation group(combined with EEG biofeedback therapy on the basis of control group).Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)scores and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)scores were recorded at 4,7,10,14,20 and 28 days after treatment,and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and suicidal tendencies(BSI-CV)scores were recorded at 4,14 days before and after treatment.Results The longer the treatment time,the lower the HAMA scores of the two groups,and the HAMA scores of the observation group at different time points were significantly lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The longer the treatment time,the lower the HAMD score of the two groups,and the HAMD score of the observation group at different time points was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in PSQI score and BSI-CV score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the PSQI scores and BSI-CV scores of the observation group at different time points were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conelusion Psychological nursing intervention combined with EEG biofeedback therapy has a significant effect on patients with severe depressive episode accompanied by psychotic symptoms,which can effectively intervene the degree of depression,improve the quality of sleep,and significantly improve the symptoms of anxiety and depression.
